Child Development & Autism Screening Tools

AutismTrack provides free and easy screening tools to help parents better understand their child’s development. These short questionnaires are designed to help you observe everyday behaviours, such as communication, social interaction, attention, and play. The screening tools can highlight possible developmental concerns related to autism, ADHD, or general developmental milestones. They do not give a diagnosis, but they can help you decide whether your child may benefit from further guidance or professional support. By using these tools, parents can:
  • Become more aware of their child’s developmental patterns
  • Understand whether concerns are worth exploring further
  • Take early, informed steps with confidence
Our goal is to support early awareness, reduce confusion, and help families make thoughtful decisions about the next steps for their child’s development.

Autism Screening – M-CHAT-R/F

M-CHAT-R/F is a widely used, evidence-based screening tool for identifying early developmental risk signs related to autism in children aged 16–30 months (approximately 1.5 to 2.5 years). It is commonly used by paediatricians and child development professionals worldwide

What the Screening Provides:

This screening does not provide a diagnosis and is meant to support early awareness and informed decision-making.

ADHD Screening

This screening is designed to help parents observe patterns related to attention, impulsivity, and activity levels that are commonly associated with ADHD in children.

It uses simple, parent-friendly questions to support early awareness and informed decisionmaking.

This screening does not provide a diagnosis and is meant to guide parents on whether further professional evaluation may be helpful.

Disclaimer

Screening tools on Autism Track are not diagnostic instruments. A “high-risk” or “concern” result does not confirm a condition and should always be followed by evaluation from a qualified healthcare professional.
